COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We at Bishopswood School recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. We endeavour to deal with any complaints as fairly and as quickly as possible. For more information about the Propeller Academy Trust complaints procedure, please look at our Policy
For Complaints regarding curriculum and religious worship, a detailed Complaints Procedure Document is available on request at the school. The complaints covered include complaints about the curriculum including religious education and worship, implementation of the National Curriculum and other matters relating to the 1988 Education Reform Act. Complaints regarding discipline or admissions do not come within the scope of these arrangements, nor do complaints about the action of individual teachers or the Headteacher.
