Flu is an unpleasant illness and can cause serious complications, such as bronchitis. Severe complications and hospital admissions due to flu are more common for children with long term health conditions. Vaccinating your child can protect them, and by reducing the spread of the flu virus, can protect other family members too.

Because the flu virus changes from year to year, it is important that your child has a vaccination every year before the start of the flu season.  The consent form can be completed on any internet enabled device: a smart phone, tablet, or computer and keeps your information secure.  The consent form, sent to parents by email must be completed before Thursday 22nd September 2022.
