Bishopswood School Association (BSA)

Donations to the BSA can by made on our my donate page.

The BSA has two main roles:

Fund Raising - this is hard work but a lot of fun. The BSA has fund raised for two mini-buses and keeps them on the road so that all pupils can make regular outside visits to places of interest. Other major fund raising projects have been purchasing computer equipment, fitting out great sensory rooms on each of the three sites, outdoor play areas and sensory gardens for the primary and senior departments and a quiet room for the senior department. As you can imagine, a great deal of money was raised for these projects over recent years.

Fun, social events - we arrange a number of thoroughly enjoyable events for the whole family, at which we hope to see as many of our families as possible. We also welcome former families and staff to keep in touch and join us for these events too. Although these are primarily social occasions, no opportunity is missed to raise some money for our latest project! Events usually take place at Sonning Common using the Bishopswood primary department or Sonning Common Primary School hall or the grounds.

As we are a small school, the Committee needs as many parents and staff as possible to support its' work.

Come along, get involved. It's great fun and benefits all the children!
